The journey to the stage is never a solo journey. It takes people supporting and believing in you on the hardest days. As this season comes to an end, I’ve been so blessed to have these 2 amazing Steves in my corner. The stage had my name on it but a huge piece of this journey belongs to the both of you! Hubby Steve and Coach Steve this season would not have been possible without both of you 🧡#teamflawlessphysique #teamwork#stevex2

The discount was immediate. The customers are apparently coming by pigeon. 😭🐦. Clearly the influencer has no influence🤦🏾‍♂️. I’m still waiting 😂😂

They said, “My followers are gonna FLOOD your business!”
Me: checking the lobby, the parking lot… even the fridge. 💀😂

Business owners & providers: what’s the wildest thing someone has promised you for a discount? 👇 Drop your story—I KNOW I’m not alone!

Send this to a business owner who’s been paid in “exposure.” 🤣

Six years ago, I didn’t think I was going to be here. But here we are in 2026. I am alive and thriving. COVID-19 almost ended my story but I’m still here. My survival through the toughest obstacle in my life is how the Gentle Giant came to be. And since then I have been able to change and save so many lives. Just like everyone else I have a story. I took that story and made success come from it. Often times people let setbacks be the end of them. But through my story, you can see that there’s always a way to come out on top. Don’t let the storm be the end of your story, but let it only be a part of it. Because guess what, the sun will come out again. This is the Gentle Giant being vulnerable showing you what made me who I am today and why I take each day on with happiness. I hope through this story that more people who may be battling things will see that there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel, but you have to put in the work to get there. And sometimes you have to be your biggest cheerleader when and if you have no one else. Be remembered for how you battled adversity. There isn’t one successful person who hasn’t failed. You can prevail as well. I’m cheering for you ❤️

When it comes to Weightloss I hear so many patients telling me that all they do is Pilates or Horus of cardio! And the ones that do, are doing it wrong. GET THEM HANDS OFF THE RAILS!!!! Y ladies you are not going to become a man by lifting weights, guys you need cardio as an extra calorie expenditure to help with Weightloss. Lifting comes first, cardio comes second. Consistency is a non-negotiable. Get that heart rate up. Give me 30 minutes a day. You got this!! Let’s create the lifestyle of habit 💪🏾💪🏾

Weight regain after stopping a medication can happen. It doesn’t mean someone failed.

Appetite may change again, and maintaining progress can require ongoing support. Everything that was done to achieve the Weightloss goal needs to remain the same. Developing a lifestyle one imperative to keep the weight off or the weight will come back plus more.

Your meals should do more than fit your macros, they should fuel your performance.

The left is my breakfast (obviously not this pretty as I am no chef lol)

When you choose lean protein, nutrient-dense foods, and plenty of vegetables, you get more volume, more satisfaction, and more support for the goals you’re working so hard to achieve.

This is what intentional nutrition looks like: not restriction, not deprivation.

The goal isn’t to eat as little as possible. The goal is to fuel yourself strategically.

Looking for a team to help you build a plan that fuels your goals and keeps you accountable? Flawless Physique is here
