In honor of my 20 year reunion today. Sorry I can’t make it, I had two soccers, a birthday party, and an outdoor music class? Life’s fun.

Well, Before the Hall of Fames… Before the Olympics… Before the WNBA… Before anybody knew our names…

We were just @taujacatchings and Tamika. 😂😂❤️ And I was the little sister watching.

When you’re young, you don’t always realize how much you’re learning from the people closest to you.

How they compete.

How they respond.

How they dream.

How they keep going.

I didn’t know I was watching someone help shape my own journey.

I just knew… That’s my big sister. And I’m trying to keep up. 😂

Looking back now, I can see the influence in ways I couldn’t see then. I still see them!

Sis, thank you for going ahead of me. Thank you for showing me what was possible.

And YES…I told you I was going into the archives this week. 😂😂

You’ve officially been warned.

Tauja Week — Day 2. 🧡💙

Dropped by my ole HS @stevensonhs to support their student service fair. I added @casalakecounty to the event that introduced students to a plethora ways to support their community. It was a shock to me, my parents, and my dean 😆 how intensely involved I got in community activism in HS and 20+ years later it is the center of my daily life 💚💛✊🏿

The world sees Finals MVP. We see the same guy in the same gym, doing the same work he’s been doing since he was 14. Happy 30th, @jalenbrunson1 thanks for always trusting us at SPEAR.

Elevator no. 247: Eric Zalewski (@ez.train) is the co-founder of Acru (@acru.app), a social fitness app built to track and share every workout, from lifts to classes to runs. A former D1 basketball player at Northwestern, Eric walked on to the team as a manager and earned his spot on the court through relentless preparation. He’s spent the past two-plus years coaching fitness in NYC on top of his finance day job, and outside of work he’s chasing marathons, HYROX race, hooping, golfing, and slowly leveling up his cooking beyond chicken and rice.

In the Elevation Nation Podcast: Eric breaks down the mindset that got him from team manager to walk-on, why anybody can lead regardless of title, and how he channels a “more to give” mentality into everything from fitness coaching to endurance training. We get into the power of a portfolio life, why the hardest goals are the ones worth chasing, and Sam makes a bet he may come to regret.
