BRONZE MEDAL 🥉 Flag Football Nationals 2026

Getting the honor to coach these badass ballers at the flag football Nationals in Montreal this past weekend was truly an incredible experience. Not only are these women insane athletes, but they are driven, confident, kind and funny AF - Iv’e coached enough teams from other sports to know when you get a special group of real ones you just know, and this was definitely it.

Thankyou for trusting me to lead, for believing in my systems/plans, and for allowing me to do it ever so passionately 🤣 You know I’m ALWAYS going for the 🏆

I’m excited to learn from this experience as a coach, and am looking forward to growing myself and the game with @football.alberta to be competing for gold in the near future!

Can’t wait for next year 💪🏼😈

Team Alberta Elite Flag Nationals Female Coaches.

Definitely not missing @danino.kneller as she was clearly with us at the time this picture was taken.

I love coaching alongside these amazing women and leaders!

Swipe to see the OG pic. Our practices did not align this weekend to get one in person - maybe @sandi.huynh.sport.photography can magically find us all in the same place at the same time this weekend 😂

We leave for Nationals in 4 sleeps! Let’s go Alberta!! 💙🤍

What a fitting way to spend the morning on International Women’s Day — out on the football field coaching a talented group of young ladies alongside a group of incredible women.

I’m proud to be a female champion for other women and girls in sport, helping create spaces where they can compete, grow, and lead.

To all the amazing women in my life — coaches, athletes, moms, friends, and supporters — I hope you have a fantastic #IWD. Keep being the badass trailblazers the world needs more of.
