Life lately ✨

There comes a point in your life where you really feel that every minute counts. Every minute of every day matters. Because you don’t know when your time will be up. Every single day I choose love and joy and every morning I ask myself how can I make today incredible for my family & I?

A great month of memories with my girls I’ll treasure forever. Tears rolling down my cheeks because our girls are getting older. Wanting another child and knowing I’m content just as we are. Grieving perhaps I’ll never have those newborn days again. So I cuddle my girls again and again and again and feel my babies chub to get my fix. Loving every moment and still wanting them to stage this age forever - can I pause life so it never changes?

Heartfelt conversations with my husband and many reflections wow we’ve done it. We’re here. That place we desired for so long. That place in our hearts we dug deep for over and over again. Where we felt our pain, shed our old beliefs and identities, our old money stories, our old scarcity stories that no longer served us. We let people go, friendships dissolve. We sat at new tables, put ourselves in new rooms and new environments. Still to this day we continue to grow and GO ALL IN.

We created everything we wanted.

The mission is my life has always been how can I impact as many people world wide to go after their dreams, heal their pain & past and create thriving relationships of deep passion, love and integrity.

It gets to be mundane and fun.
It gets to be challenging and rewarding.
It gets to be deeply beautiful and boring.
It gets to be full of pleasure and growth.
It gets to be your life, your way.

Another month of events serving men and women and transforming lives, relationships and families.

So much gratitude for my life, my purpose, my family & what my husband and I have created.

I’m grateful for the reflections my children reflect back to me and life’s reminders of how can you continue to keep choosing love and be open to receiving everything you desire ❤️‍🔥

We have 1 spot remaining for Awaken | 1 couple ❤️‍🔥

The biggest threat to a relationship isn’t conflict.

It’s becoming incredible parents, business owners and teammates...

while quietly forgetting how to be lovers.

You still love each other.

But somewhere between the responsibilities, the conversations about work, the endless to-do lists and taking care of everyone else...

you stopped truly meeting each other.

Not because the love disappeared.

Because life simply got louder than your relationship.

That’s why we created **AWAKEN**.

A deeply immersive evening for couples who want more than a relationship that simply functions.

This isn’t just another date night.

It’s a chance to slow down long enough to truly feel each other again.

To put the phones away.

To soften.

To reconnect.

To remember what made you choose one another in the first place.

Guided by husband and wife, trauma-informed somatic facilitators Kristyn and Stewart Rawson, you’ll experience powerful somatic and connection-based practices designed to deepen intimacy, emotional safety and genuine presence.

Most couples leave feeling...

✨ More connected.
✨ More understood.
✨ More open.
✨ More in love.

Because sometimes your relationship doesn’t need fixing.

It simply needs intentional space to reconnect.

📅 **Saturday 17th October | 6:00–9:00pm**
📍 Flolo Studio, Mermaid Beach

This is our **final invitation** before doors close.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign.

BREATHE GOLD COAST

A 2-hour Somatic Breathwork & Embodiment Immersion with Kristyn & Stewart Rawson.

What if the breakthrough you’ve been searching for isn’t found by thinking harder but by finally allowing your body to let go of everything it’s been carrying?

BREATHE is an invitation into one of the deepest, safest and most transformational spaces you’ll ever experience.
Through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, somatic experiencing, embodiment and conscious connected breathwork, you’ll reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath the fear, pressure and conditioning.

This isn’t another self-development event. It’s an experience.
One that has coaches, CEOs, therapists and experienced breathwork facilitators leaving saying it was the deepest, most transformative breathwork they’ve ever had.

As husband and wife, Kristyn and Stewart combine masculine and feminine leadership with years of experience in somatic healing, breathwork, trauma-informed coaching, NLP and relationship dynamics, creating a level of safety and depth that allows profound transformation to unfold.

Nothing changes until something changes.

AWAKEN is almost full. ❤️‍🔥
Just 2 couples remaining.

Last month we sold out and we know this one will too.

This room was always going to be intimate. That’s the point. And when the last 2 couples say yes, the doors close.

One night with your partner. Depth. Desire. The kind of connection that reminds you both exactly why you chose each other.

We would love to have you both in the room.

DM us “AWAKEN” to secure one of the final 2 spots.

With love,
Kristyn & Stew

We hate to say it, but BREATHE is nearly gone. 🤍

Only 4 spots remaining.

Last month we sold out completely and we know this one will too.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, this is your moment. These rooms stay small on purpose, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.

One session. Your breath. A room that holds you completely.
We would absolutely love to have you there.

DM us “BREATHE” to secure one of the final 4 spots. 👆

With love,
Kristyn & Stew

How easy is it to say, “I’m going to live life on my terms.”

To stop people-pleasing.
To speak your truth.
To set boundaries.
To choose what feels right for you.
To stop living for everyone else’s expectations.

Sounds simple, right?

Until you actually try.

Because your choices don’t exist in isolation. They’re layered with childhood conditioning, emotional patterns, past experiences, fears of rejection, and the unconscious beliefs you developed to feel loved, safe and accepted.

You might consciously choose freedom, but unconsciously fear what people will think.

You might choose to speak your truth, but feel guilty the moment someone is disappointed.

You might choose to stop seeking validation, yet still find yourself shaping your life around being accepted.

This is the complexity of being human.

Sometimes, the very behaviours that are keeping you stuck are the same behaviours that once helped you feel safe, connected or loved.

And that’s why change isn’t simply about making a decision.
It’s about becoming aware of the parts of you that are still operating from an old version of yourself.

The part that learned to stay quiet.
The part that learned to keep everyone happy.
The part that learned love had to be earned.
The part that learned being yourself wasn’t always safe.
You don’t have to shame these parts of yourself. You have to understand them.

Because real freedom begins when you can recognise the difference between a choice you’re making consciously and a pattern you’re repeating unconsciously.

And from that awareness, something powerful happens.

You begin to create space between who you’ve been conditioned to be and who you actually want to become.
You stop living on autopilot and start living by choice.

Not perfectly. Not without discomfort.

But with greater awareness, ownership and the courage to choose differently.

Because the question isn’t just “How do I want to live?”

It’s this: “What within me is still preventing me from living that way?”

That’s where the real work begins 🫶

The greatest threat to a relationship isn’t conflict. It’s becoming incredible parents, business owners and teammates while quietly forgetting how to be lovers.

You still love each other.

Yet somewhere between the children, the responsibilities, the business, endless conversations about what’s next, you’ve stopped truly meeting each other.

This is not because your love has disappeared.

It’s purely because life got really loud.

This is why we birthed AWAKEN, to bring couples home to themselves & deepen their union.

AWAKEN is a deeply immersive evening for couples who want more than a relationship that simply functions. Forget the surface level, this is a heart opening evening where you’ll leave feeling seen, heard & in complete devotion to your lover.

It’s for couples who want to feel each other again.

To slow down.

To soften. To forget the noise.

To remember what happens when two people stop managing life for a moment and become fully present with one another.

An evening guided by husband and wife and trauma-informed somatic facilitators Kristyn and Stewart Rawson, who’ve built their own 15 year relationship and marriage on this work.

An evening where you’ll be led through powerful somatic and connection-based experiences designed to deepen intimacy, open the heart and create the kind of presence that many couples have never experienced before.

A safe, beautiful space to reconnect with the person you chose.

Most couples leave feeling inspired, awakened to new depths, excited, open & fully nourished.

The feeling of being truly seen.
