Isolated vocals from ‘King With No Crown’ , this song is now trending in many countries two years after its release , last time we promoted this track it mysteriously vanished and was taken down. We are trying again because very devastatingly it keeps being relevant … peace x #stopthewars #nowar #protestsong #kingwithoutacrown #peacebuilding

People assume I’m confident, the woman who helps other women share their voice, speak on big stages, ask for more money at work and stop apologising for their brilliance.
What I’ve never told you is, I’ve learnt this “confident” behaviour and continue to work with it, only every single day. First thing in the morning, I’m working on my alignment and “state”. I have built it. It’s hard earned.
Confidence wasn’t my starting point. It was my healing. I became The Conscious Coach not because I have all the answers, or that I have arrived and am cooked, I am still asking the same questions:

How do I speak with truth when my nervous system is shaking?
How do I lead without hardening myself to survive?
How do I belong when I’ve always felt like the “other”?

I know what it means to hide. To dim. That’s where SpeakYOU was born.

It’s not just a public speaking course. It’s a reclaimation.

I come from performance, I was an actress, trained to inhabit roles and embody emotions. Over time I’ve realised that most of us are performing every day, not on stage but in life. Performing the version of ourselves we think will be accepted. It’s tiring, that’s what causes burnout.

My work is the opposite of that. Unlearning performance so that presence can return. It’s therapeutic and courageous as we get to see who our people are.
What I’ve also never said aloud enough is that I’m quietly rebellious. I don’t just coach women; I challenge systems.
The ones that ask us to “bring our whole selves to work” but don’t know how to receive that humanity when it shows up.

Every time I see a woman stand up and speak authentically, trembling, radiant, real, it’s like a mini revolution occurring!

When one woman speaks from her heart, she doesn’t just free herself, she contributes to what new leadership sounds like.
SpeakYOU26 is Helping women in corporate and leadership roles rediscover their voice, confidence, and visibility without abandoning who they truly are.

‘Birthing Journeys on Stages’

Thank you to Jamila Sadek @stillwyld_cornwall for weaving this delicate poem inspired by the launch of Theatrabilia’s LiskHeard project.

The piece is displayed in my studio window.

I consider the window overlooking the high street as a proscenium arch; a theatrical glimpse of the community passing by as they make new stories.

Theatre is truly a window to the soul and can help us see ourselves in new ways. The verbatim play I am creating aims to uplift and champion the local residents and will be crafted by the real spoken words they share in interviews. I hope to form an authentic, truthful and compassionate portrayal of our precious town and its people.

Thank you, Jamila, for sharing this piece - here’s to new journeys. 🎭

Birthing Journeys on Stages
By Jamila Sadek

Step one
Gently pull thread through the eye of a needle
After 12 attempts ask a neighbour

Step two
Gather your supplies to build from joint forces
While another neighbour gets glasses

Step three
Imagine the things you'll bind
When the local artist brings scissors, thimble and twine

Step four
Observe the givers and makers, fixers and bakers, exchanging thread for wonder and needle for web
In an attempt to be of service even without bread

Step five
Iron out stories in a loose pattern

Between each movement and what calls to be laid bare
Carefully expose nooks that need air
So as not to scare or impair
The parts of us that are reluctant to share

Proceed with strength and creative flair

Step six
Hold space without judgement as the patchwork evolves
Encourage voices to become visions when tales are told

Step seven
Bear witness to the fabric of lives in motion
Sharing journeys on stages as a tonic and a potion

Step eight
And saving nine
Fasten, then tailor, see growth in the lines
A pastiche of human memoirs
A snapshot in time

Healing occurs in the veins of creation
Each light in each window a unique aspiration
Using our voices creates an echo, a constellation
Deeply liberating seeds ready for germination

How on earth do we spell that?! Someone just sent us the most incredible review of Ritual—absolutely packed with emojis. Like, FULLY loaded. It’s basically hieroglyphics for the modern age. But one thing’s for sure—they were really feeling it!

We’ve been getting a lot of messages lately, and we’ll be sharing some over the week. People are properly vibing with this track now.

Yeah, I am a bit biased, and maybe they are too (we’re old friends, after all), but still—you can become a new friend. Just listen to the track, man. It might just change your life. 11 minutes 11 seconds of alchemy.

Also—go check out @stillwyld_cornwall - She sang on some of the tracks, so you could say we’re a bit biased in that respect as well. She’s doing some seriously beautiful stuff - You won’t regret it.

Some beautiful times - such dramatic rich and difficult days - characters, circus , scripts, festival stages, love , hate , fear and confusion- then big heaps of nieve hope and sometimes brilliance but also such failure and unrequited loves…. I’m so thankful to all of those beautiful unintentionally punk experimental theatre fuckers 🎭🥳🔥🤹🏻‍♀️🌪️👌🏻✌️ x #experimentalart #experimentaltheatre #experimentalcircus #performingarts #90s #festivallife #perfectday #physicaltheatre #fearandcourage #firejuggling #clowning #ukfestivals #cornwalltheatre @cornwallcollege @mimilamusic @stillwyld_cornwall @mrchuckd @sabinaeberle @silkwood_instruments @nikerz77 #phoenixfestival

🌞What a beautiful summer solstice day we had.
I was so tired yesterday, I rested and reflected. I gave my all, and it really did feel like the longest day, in the best way!
🌿This summer solstice retreat day, celebration and feast has left me feeling full hearted and full of gratitude. I could not have imagined hosting such an event before now and am so glad that I have now....
🙏Big thanks to Trix and Dickon for their friendship, love and support and trusting me to be let loose to use Retallack -so blessed to have you in my life... thank you to Mother Nature. Aho! You are beautiful. Blessed are we
🌺Also massive shout out to Taor who continues to support my creative cooking ideas with such enthusiasm, which helps me believe I can do it...your energy is inspiring!
🤍And most of all to the wonderful souls who came and shared this remarkable day, with out whom it could not be possible, thank you for trusting me with your time and money!

This place is beautiful

Beautifully enchanting day at
the @retallackwoodlands near Constantine. An unforgettable Summer Solstice Retreat.

🌿 We were immersed in nature the moment we arrived.

Sublime swimming in the natural quarry, wood-fired hot tub and sauna.

Cooled by refreshing homemade Elderflower Fizz, dips and fruit.

Massages were by Ellen @halcyontherapiescornwall

Followed by an incredible sound bath experience underneath the trees with Ali @resonantbeing. Bird song filled the air and the sun shone through, it felt heavenly, finished with a Cacao ceremony.

Afterwards @ingridsofrin and I walked the @mossycrow trail before we all came together for an Earth Art meditative process with Mila @stillwyld_cornwall as we created a biodegradable art altar together. We collected the materials from our surroundings which was extremely therapeutic and amazing to see a group of strangers that don't know one another can create, it was great team work.

To end our lovely day we ended with an evening Banquet by Alice @wildgoosegourmets which consisted of:

- Cherry Mallow brushetta
- Courgette steak with salsa
- Roasted Artichoke, sage, rosemary, garlic
- Braised Fennel in Saffron
- Cornish Peaches rose petal and burrata salad
- Blackcurrant and Elderflower Panna Cotta

It was just the kind of day that I needed, a bit of self care away from it all in magical surroundings.
