June (bday month 🤪) may have set a record for seeing the most good friends and family. Sorry to everyone I missed. 20 photos/tags not even enough! Maybe life is about more than skill mastery 🤔

Fin got me a film point and shoot for my birthday this year! Its life was sadly cut short so here are some snowy memories from when it was still operational. It’s fun to take photos of friends 🥹✨🤎

Our first few glimpses of Gravy Train (and really all Essex and I had to work with at the top to decide where to ride - that’s probably the craziest realization from my first day Heli skiing is the speed and lack of time to pick our lines), the drone shot of my line, a crab feast, and a few moments of coming down from the high of scoring on our first heli day.

Where’d the name come from? Essex and @garrett.knochenmus were two of the first skiers/ snowboarders I met when I came to Canada for school - if I hadn’t met those two, the last 14+ years of snowboarding would have likely looked very different. I honestly probably wouldn’t be riding lines like this if those two beauties hadn’t taken me under their wings.

The night before our first day flying in AK, we met @instagarry - who is good buddies with Garret Knochenmus aka Gravy, in Nelson. He was flying with another group at @alaskaheliskiing and we all FaceTimed with gravy that morning to say what’s up! During the day, instagary was calling our crew, the “gravy crew” on the radio, and we had the pleasure of watching instagary aka Worm absolutely lace a beauty line with a huge back 3 right before we dropped in on Gravy Train - it felt like a natural name with Garrett on our minds.

So full circle ripping this with you @essexprescott 👊 again, go check his post to see how to ride this face even better. And my last post was the POV of this one

Came for the spines, stayed for the glacier cruising 😎. Well… not really, but these runouts back to the bird were the cherry on top at the end of some wicked laps.
