Over the past year I've made changes for myself that I'm really excited about. I finally love and accept my body, found peace with food, lost 25 lbs, and created better relationships with my family and friends. The tools I used are too good not to share. · I spent the last week being trained at The Life Coach School and now I'm on to certification...which means lots of practice! · Thank you Jody Moore for sharing your gift of teaching and coaching through your podcast and coaching program. Thank you to Molly Claire for creating such a safe place for me to show up in this week. Thank you to my new friends for the love you have for everyone and your willingness to show up. My heart is grateful and it feels like it might explode ♥️

Here goes my #tashanoelswap #swapteamalittlesweetness mosaic. I hope I have tagged people correctly, if not please notify me and I'll amend. Partner, I hope this gives you some ideas of what I like. I don't have a specific preference on design, maybe a combination, as they are all so lovely. I love mug rug size minis (to add to my collection on my sewing cabin ceiling) I love colourful, fussy cutting and love colours when put with low volume or linen. I love fabric baskets too, they are so useful for storing items in, in my sewing cabin. More importantly is that you enjoy being creative. Have fun ♡

Well that was so fun { & C R A Z Y } #aussieminiquiltswap for the win!! ➡️The brief was to make a Mini quilt like the Americans have on their barns. Yesterday was a pretty perfect birthday. It started with sewing friends at the park (@heritage.threads escaped before pictures and this is what you get when you let your kids take pictures-off-center and cropped people 🙄), had a free slurpee and a massage in the middle, and ended with dinner out with my family and siblings' families and watching my cousin compete in the Utah 3rd congressional debate and cutting up 400 HST! Birthdays are always a time of reflection for me. It's been a year of adjustment and change for my family. But I have a feeling that 38 is going to be a great year! #quiltyfriendsarethebest
