This week, members of the M+F team took part in our first-ever volunteering day, swapping laptops for ladles and helping out at our local soup kitchen and food bank @stjohnskitchen 💛 We spent the day preparing hot meals, organising clothes donations, and supporting the charity's incredible work to tackle food poverty and food waste in the local community. At M+F, we’re passionate about making a significant, positive difference to people's health and wellbeing. While this largely takes shape through our day‑to‑day work, volunteering with St John’s Soup Kitchen reminded us just how powerful community-led action can be in making a real difference locally. We'd like to say a huge thank you to the fantastic team at St John’s Kitchen for showing us the ropes, and more importantly for the vital work you do every day. 🔹 Find out more about their amazing work, including how you can get support through volunteering here: https://www.stjohnskitchen.org.uk/ 🔹 Make a direct donation - every contribution makes a difference https://www.justgiving.com/charity/stjohnskitchen
