Consistency > Perfection Been able to start pushing Into some actual knee extensor isolated work with some direction from @stjohnspt and @grantgarciamd Have to reminded myself that if a movement doesn’t feel great, to just adjust expectations, pivot if I want to and try again the next session I just wanted to get to the point where it felt like I was working toward something. Largely, that looks like just tolerating more and counting those wins. Tindeq, max tolerable zone at 60 deg knee flexion is around 15kg (low expectations here, other side max at 60 is around 103kg last time I tested) SL modified wall sit: 3 x 20-25” Copenhagens (long lever), knowing I can’t squat right now and I don’t want to piss my adductor off from being so underloaded for so long when I CAN get back to squatting something meaningful. SL Leg Press: 3 x 15 @ RPE tolerable, maybe like a 6. SL Leg Extensions: Seriously, 2 rounds of BFR 30/15/15/15 with 3-5 lb ankle weight. I’m pumped!
