There is something truly special about seeing the @mystlukes community come together for the third consecutive year to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Trina Wijangco, 2021 graduate of the Temple/St. Luke’s School of Medicine.

The 3rd Annual Trina Wijangco, MD Memorial Pickle Tournament brought students, faculty, alumni and community members together for a day of friendly competition, connection and remembrance. Organized by medical students, the tournament continues to support the scholarship established in Dr. Wijangco’s name, helping future physicians pursue their medical education right here at St. Luke’s.

Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered and supported this important cause - including @thebarbecueboys , who provided food; Marcus Michael Designs LLC., who provided medals for participants; Dan Hauser, who has played music for us year after year; and event supporters Lehigh Valley Auto Plex, Donerds Donuts, and @cafethelodge.
Additionally, the team at @stlukessportsplex and @pickleball_lehighvalley have helped bring this tournament to life by donating their time and energy. Together, many across the region are ensuring that Dr. Wijangco’s legacy continues to inspire and empower the next generation of doctors.
