POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Halfway through the week. How are you feeling? Don’t forget to do an energy check in with yourself.

We went out to walk around the lake a couple weeks ago with the girls and were skipping rocks. We were all feeling so great and something important popped into my head. Those little moments of joy are like throwing pebbles into a large pond. They cause a ripple effect when you acknowledge them. Joy starts to show up in other areas, too like your business, your relationships, your encounters with others. Added up they start to create a positive impact in your world.

When we change on the inside, things on the outside start to change ❤️ tell me what joyful thing has happened to you today 🙌⬇️

Full Moon Ritual and Release 🌝🌕

Tonight we did breathwork, guided meditation, embodiment work and a ritual to release limiting narratives that are disempowering us.

We then called in our Empress selves to give us guidance on how we can respond differently and embody our power.

We ended with a circle share to speak out loud what we are releasing and calling in.

Happy Full Moon in Sagitarrius! 🌟
