🗣️ When retwisting, ALWAYS ask your client!🌱

How does the scalp feel? Is the tension comfortable? How are you feeling about the length and style? Communication matters. 👑✨

At Rooted Salons, we believe a great retwist isn’t just about how your locs look—it’s about how you **feel** in the chair.

Take care of the crown AND the client. 💚

💨 Before every retwist, we always blow-dry! 🌱

Making sure your locs are completely dry before retwisting is an important part of the process. We take our time to prep the hair properly so you can leave the chair with a clean, fresh retwist. 👑✨

At Rooted Salons, we don’t rush the process we care for your locs from wash to finish.

💦 Water-based leave-in conditioner is a game changer for your locs!🌱

Keeping your locs hydrated is an important part of maintaining healthy hair. A lightweight, water-based leave-in can help add moisture without weighing your locs down. ✨

🫧 Don’t rush your client out of the bowl!🌱

The shampoo bowl is more than just a quick wash. Take your time, thoroughly cleanse the locs, give the scalp the attention it deserves, and make sure your client feels cared for from start to finish. 💆🏾‍♀️✨

The details matter. The experience matters. Healthy locs matter.👑

💦 A good rinse after conditioning is EVERYTHING for your locs! 🌱

You want to make sure that conditioner is thoroughly rinsed out to help prevent buildup and keep your locs feeling clean and refreshed. 👑✨
