What a gift to have people in your life that know you, push you, challenge you, laugh with you, and cry with you. Love these humans. Having a Mastermind group of likeminded, filmmaker entrepreneurs from all over the country…fired up to return home and IMPLEMENT.

What a run.. Everything went so much better than I had planned. So thankful to have been healthy and fit enough to take on the @cascadecrest100 last weekend.

I ran it in 2023 and that was an out and back variation of the course, and this year I was so excited to complete the full loop. I improved my time by 7 hours and a week later I'm feeling great. It's amazing what the body can do.

And it was even better to share the ultrarunning experience with so much of my family who travelled out to crew me. They were troopers, went to every crew spot, and even surprised me with signs. I hope this run didn't scare them off of ultras forever.

So much went right in this run. I've had a lot more experience and help along the way. @ryanmiller34 got me right on my training and nutrition plans, hitting PR's the whole last year and half together. This race was a huge breakthrough. I used @maurten_official 320 drink mix and a few caffeine gels, @precisionfandh 90g gels, @drinklmnt electrolyte mix, @fleetfeetolympia I picked up the @runspeedland PDX's that I wore the whole way, my feet feel great post-race.

I can't recommend this run enough, the volunteers were all awesome, and attentive to me and kept me going. It's tough, don't get me wrong, but I really love it. I'll be back to volunteer with @olytrailrunners next year. See ya at Meadow Mountain in 2026

The 12U 🥎 All Stars would like to extend a big THANK YOU to their amazing sponsors for the generous support throughout the All Star season — it’s truly appreciated!

They’re also grateful to all the fans who showed up last night to cheer them on. While the outcome wasn’t what they hoped for, the girls definitely felt the love and support from the stands.

They’re back on the field tonight, taking on Helotes LL at 6 PM on MPLL Field 6 — and they need the crowd behind them! Come out, bring the energy, and help cheer these girls on to victory! 💙
