I think we all need some loveliness today, don’t you? Thankfully @strange_stitches comes to the rescue with her gorgeous and colorful Yonder quilt! I love how she made each row its own color to really make it that mod sampler. So cool.

A little bit of a Yonder QAL round up today. Clockwise from top left is @bluenickelstudios, @strange_stitches, @bsreid44, and @hoppsroadstudio. They’re all so different, I love how everyone is making Yonder their own.
The row for today is another curvy arch row. And of course I have a killer headache. I don’t think I’m going to get my row done today. Sorry Yonder peeps!

Quick Yonder round up of Row 1. Everyone’s got a little something different going on to make theirs special. It’s going to be a great group of quilts to ogle. 👀

Just had to make a mosaic; 1. because they're fun and 2. it's wonderful to get a sense of direction! These are some lovelies I've liked lately here on IG. I do like traditional patterns given a modern update. With color, I think a rainbow in pastels and/or bolds would be just as lovely as brights. A strict rainbow of color doesn't have to be present and I've found I prefer minis towards the smaller end. Please know I will love the mini you dream up partner! Have fun!! 💜💚❤💙💛 #rainbowminiswapr2 #rainbowminiteamgreen

#Repost @strange_stitches . #strangepaysitforward I picked this picture to repost as there is SO much awesomeness here. Doctor Who, Star Wars Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and Batman 😱 I'm fan girling big time 😄. Although I was a bit torn between sharing this photo or a photo of @strange_stitches grandmother's quilt, that she quilted for her Mum. I just love how much love and generations that went into that beautiful quilt. However technically, she didn't 'make it' ☺️・・・
Original post - Here's a picture of the things I made for #nerdscraftitbetter, with a closer look at the couple of things I'd kept secret until now.
The second #hourbasket featured the Millenium Falcon and metallic threads, and the hoop said "Bad Wolf" graffiti style in stem stitch on one side, and in woven backstitched Circular Gallifreyan on the other side, with a painted frame. I loved making things for this swap!

My clever sister made this when my son was a baby and 2 years on it's still a favourite 😊
