Come behind the scenes of 3D printing directly onto textile : no stitching, no glue, the geometry itself is the protection. Designed in Grasshopper, printed on a @stratasys machine: micro textures built for anywhere fabric meets friction.

On October 27, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM, D-house Laboratorio Urbano at Designtech will host the talk “Future Automotive Interiors”, an event exploring the evolution of automotive interiors through 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies.

The talk will focus on PolyJet printing and @Stratasys’ 3DFashion technology, bringing together designers, automotive professionals and technology innovators to explore how 3D printing is transforming the way automotive interiors are conceived, prototyped and customized.

A moment of discussion around the new possibilities offered by experimentation with textures, surfaces, material effects, colours and transparencies, and how these technologies can open up new scenarios for interior design.

Pour la collection de @jennifermilleder nous avons réalisé des panneaux entièrement brodés dans nos ateliers. Des pièces très travaillées qui ont nécessitées des jours de broderie.

Nous avons également réalisé de l’impression 3D sur deux tenues pour apporter du relief et de la texture à sa collection.

Gemeinsam die Digitalisierung vorantreiben – mit Austausch und politischer Unterstützung!

Gestern durften wir Landtagsmitglied und Landesminister @helmut_martin_mdl in unserem Innovationszentrum in Bad Kreuznach begrüßen.

Im Mittelpunkt des Besuchs standen die Chancen und Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung in der Zahnmedizin und Zahntechnik. Wir haben gezeigt, wie moderne Technologien unsere Branche verändern und welche Potenziale digitale Workflows für die Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten bieten.

Gleichzeitig haben wir offen über die Herausforderungen gesprochen, vor denen wir in Deutschland stehen: Die Digitalisierung kommt nur dann wirklich voran, wenn innovative Leistungen auch angemessen vergütet werden. Noch immer werden digitale Leistungen und der damit verbundene Aufwand nicht in allen Bereichen ausreichend von den Krankenkassen berücksichtigt. Das bremst Innovationen und erschwert die flächendeckende Umsetzung digitaler Prozesse.

Ein weiteres wichtiges Thema: Bad Kreuznach als Innovationsstandort. Wir möchten zeigen, dass Zukunftstechnologien, Know-how und moderne Zahntechnik auch hier vor Ort entwickelt, vermittelt und gelebt werden.
