🚨🎄 URGENT: WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🎄🚨

Christmas is coming, but the Strathcona Christmas Bureau needs a place to call home for our 2026 campaign!

🏢 WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A DEPOT LOCATION!

We’re looking for approximately 6,000–8,000 square feet of warehouse space to help us bring Christmas to families in need throughout Strathcona County.

❤️ Without a depot, we cannot operate our Christmas campaign and provide the support so many local families rely on.

Ideal warehouse details:

* Accessible location in or near Strathcona County
* Easy loading and unloading access
* Adequate parking for volunteers, donors, and visitors
* Availability for the 2026 campaign season
* Flexible possession or rental dates preferred
* Safe, clean, and secure space suitable for storing and distributing donations

Do you own a suitable space, know someone who does, or have a connection who could help? We’d love to hear from you!

📩 Please send us a message with any leads, including the location, available dates, size, and rental details.

🔁 PLEASE SHARE! Your share could be the one that helps us find our Christmas home!

Together, we can make Christmas brighter for families in our community. 🎁❤️

Last week our grade 4 classes visited the Broadview Enviroservice Station to learn about all the ways that we can keep items out of the landfill. From tires and TVs, to paint cans and gift cards, there are so many items that can be collected and recycled. As of October 1st, there are many more items that can be placed in the blue bag for recycling. Thank you @strathcocounty for this opportunity to teach students about how they can take care of God’s creation.

Back on the farm in Fort Sask. Using a great film that I need to try out again, it gave such a old-timey textbook feel. Using a camera from the 60's helps out too.
