Longish post, which we don’t normally do for Streamcast but you know, indulge me.

I turned 30 today and I’m so far from where I was, I feel lighter.

I carried A LOT on my shoulders, personal and external, and it impacted EVERYTHING. This year leading to 30 has been a lot better. Mostly because I really opened up about my mental health, and struggles, but also because I’m finding myself (weirdly, at 30) doing things that brought me joy way earlier in my life that I stopped.

There’s things I need to unlearn, there’s things I have had to accept that I’ve messed up or ruined by being absent, but I’ve been okay with accepting that. Hoping the next decade is met with peace, new experiences and learning opportunities.

Dirty thirty. What a time to be alive.
