lil late but... October dump 🚛

Sad to say, I didn't finish #75HARD... I made it to day 48 of 75. I went home to visit my sick gma and took 2 days off from working out... am I bummed I didn't finish? Yes.

But I am proud of how far I made it! It helped me sharpen my habits. & also, learn how to consistently keep promises to myself! I highly encourage everyone to give the challenge a try, even if you mess up or don't finish... it's still so beneficial to show up for yourself in such an extreme way.

I'll still be following the parameters of 75 Hard, just won't be tracking in the app and being so strict about it. I personally don't enjoy doing anything EXTREME anymore, I enjoy ✨BALANCE✨. I used to restrict myself to no end, I would make myself miserable. & I refuse to going back to that, that Riss hated herself.

Oh, sweet Adora! What a time we had. My niece is absolutely freaking adorable, hence the name 😉😍!
It was so much fun hanging out, playing with all her toys, snuggling and going to the beach.
Shout out to @strellafit for the bestie slumber party!
