Tell me if I’m wrong… Monday really does set the tone. 👀

A little intention at the beginning of the week can save you from scrambling by Thursday.

Meal prep.
Training.
Recovery.
Mindset.

It doesn’t all have to be perfect — but it does need to be planned.

So tell me…

What’s ONE thing you’ve got locked in this week? 👇🏾

Let’s hold each other accountable. 💪🏾🔥

Another day in paradise.

I photographed this for my friends Gracie and Brett about a year and a half ago as they celebrated their engagement. They just marked their first year of marriage and it’s been incredible to watch their story grow.

Thank you to the ladies of Impact Church who came out for a sorting Saturday along with Krystal and cleaned everything outand got it ready, these ladies are rocking and rolling getting our Outreach warehouse cleaned up so we can build our house of prayer. Thank you, Hope for the homeless for coming and bringing 2 1/2 pallets of hygiene so that we can pour out to other ministries. God is so good, he is moving powerfully and it’s exciting to see what he’s doing here at @identifreed .

In a year of DEDICATED strength training
It has been transformative physical
But MORE mental forged resilience

A testament to your commitment, discipline,
and the boundless possibilities of progress

Like sculpting a masterpiece, each training
session molds your potential

Embracing the pain,
Inside your discomfort
you found GROWTH

With persistent muscle aches,
progress whispers in rhythm
with your DETERMINED breath

Trust the process…
It’s not just about lifting weights
but lifting DOUBTS

Nicaragua 2023 🇳🇮

So we’ve been back for almost a month now & I’ve been thinking how to explain this trip. It’s nearly impossible to put into words how life changing it was & how much we saw God move. Not only in our hearts but the locals, families who’s houses we helped build, the church, the youth, the contractors.

Every person we encountered we just wanted to show love & kindness to, which is exactly what we did. We prayed, we worshipped, we worked hard, we ate (a lot), we laughed, we cried, & most importantly we built so many relationships all around one thing. It’s the love of God & what’s He’s done for us.

We lost focus on all the material possessions, our jobs, & got the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in God’s presence & what He wanted us to do. We came to Nicaragua thinking we were going to bless the people there. Little did we know then, we were the ones being blessed. The kindness, welcoming hearts, & generosity of the people there is out of this world.

All in all, I came back humbled, full of joy, & just ready to have an experience like that again. I learned that as Christians we are on mission wherever we go. You don’t have to be in another country to be an answer to people’s prayers. God is on the move everywhere we go. We just have to allow Him to work through us ❤️

I’ve been around the world many times but this time was different✈️

We learned that anyone can write a check towards a cause or a need…it’s another thing to show up, get your hands dirty, & connect with people who don’t look or live like you.

I showed up with no expectations other than for God to move…I’d say He over delivered. I saw with my own eyes that God takes care of His people far and wide. I realized that luxury is a gift and an illusion. I witnessed people who have less than I and still survive every day, joyfully & humbly.

I don’t think I’ll ever be the same after seeing the works that God did even thousands of miles away from home. Since this trip, there is a new found gratitude for every single luxury and item that I own. I pray for my team and the families we were able to share this experience with. God is not done yet! Stay tuned for part II 🌎🌴
