Over the past month, the B.O.S.S. chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers hosted 100 Men & Women in Suits in honor of Black History Month and Engineers Week. This event was about a celebration of excellence, collaboration, and community. Together, we promoted professional wear, connected with organizations across campus, and created a space that highlights the strength and potential of Black professionals and students.
We were also able to collect non-perishable food that will be given to support our community in the coming days.
Service, leadership, and unity remain at the heart of everything we do.

As Frederick Douglass once said, “If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” His words remind us that the progress we celebrate today was built through perseverance, determination, and hard work.

To every young Black adult watching: continue striving, continue building, and continue showing up as your best self. Your presence, your voice, and your work ethic are shaping the future.

Thank you to all the participating organizations💙!
