Everyone talks about being equally yoked in romantic relationships, but being equally yoked in a friendship is something else. To have a friend beside you who matches you in faith, mindset, strength, grit and perseverance is a gift 🤍

Standing in the tunnel praying and running out teary, we knew this race was never just about a finish time. It was about trusting God with every step. He renewed our strength at every station. No cramps. No muscle stiffness. No penalties. Just his grace carrying us through.

So proud of you, Soph. What a privilege it is to run beside someone who points me to Jesus just as much as she pushes me to be stronger.

All glory to God! What a day 🤍

Well here we are!! Before we all embark on our next 17 weeks of placements and begin our OT careers there was a few things to do, submit the final assessment and celebrate together! 🥳

In my first year I met these beautiful girls and truely I’ve been so blessed by them. These girls have been my iron sharpening friends.. we’ve laughed, cried, ranted and everything in between but more importantly- we did the journey together.

From the late night FaceTimes to asking each other the day before it’s due how much work has ACTUALLY been done, we never stopped championing and encouraging each other over our degree.

So blessed to call them friends and am grateful to God that we crossed paths so early on! 🤎

28 subjects, 3.5 years- now all that’s left is our final 2 placements 🤩✨

W2 of Y42 done did - discomfort has been all of the above. Posting what I’m eating, slowing down to recover, running a new route, pushing for 8km, hitting 2 hybrid sessions.. but you know what makes it all the more better, is knowing I’m not alone in it.

Grateful for my iron sharpens iron people.

5 weeks ago Soph & I signed up for HYROX. Never ran a day in my life, all of a sudden I want to start now 😃 we eating better, we training harder.
