A little Summer Social with the Collective ✨✨

Between classes, early mornings, and packed schedules, we don’t always get the chance to have the whole team in one place. So getting together outside the studio, sharing good food, lots of laughs, and celebrating, always reminds us of how special this team truly is.🤍

Missing a few gems this time around but there’s so much more to come!

Already looking forward to the next one.

🔥 SPICY CORE BLOCK 🔥

Reverse Flying Wheelbarrow | Reverse Bear | Reverse Plank to Pike

Spring Setting:
• 1 Black Spring

Your whole body is going to feel this one. 🔥 Targeting the deep core, shoulders, lats, obliques, and upper body while challenging strength, stability, and endurance.

What you’re seeing is just one pass through the sequence. In class, we perform multiple rounds and variations of each move to maximize time under tension and keep the burn going.

Ready to spice things up? ✨ Book your next class through the link in our bio.

One of the biggest misconceptions about Lagree? 💭 More springs doesn’t always mean harder.

Spring tension can either work for you or against you, depending on the exercise.

In some movements, added tension provides support and stability, helping you move with greater control. In others, that same tension creates more resistance, demanding even more from your muscles.

Sometimes the lightest spring setting creates the biggest shake.

Every spring change is intentional, designed to challenge your body in a different way and keep you connected to the work.
It’s not about more or less. It’s about the right tension for the right movement.

The Form Edit: Elevator Lunge ✨

Jen is breaking down one of the most effective lower body moves on the machine.

Elevator Lunge is all about staying tall through the spine, keeping your chest lifted, and resisting the urge to hinge forward. Done right, you’ll create deep engagement through the glutes, quads, and hamstrings while building strength, stability, and control 🤍

Come lunge with us ✨

Strong arms, stronger everything ✨

Upper body strength isn’t just about sculpted shoulders. It supports posture, stability, everyday movement, and helps you move stronger both in and out of the studio.

Pro tip: slow it down, stay controlled and connected to your core, then let the shake do its thing.
