Massive congratulations to nutrition client @stronk__guy for taking out Victoria’s strongest man u120kg last weekend at the Melbourne convention centre winning all 6 events.

Adam is straight back into prep now for official strongman games in Las Vegas where he will go up against the best to have a crack at being crowned strongest man u120kg in the world.

Adam is an absolute workhorse and insane athletes and already doing crazy things in the u120kg class after making the switch a couple months ago. Very excited to see him on the world stage with the best in the country @thestrongmanway taking care of his training.

Adam Fullgrabe is the 2026 Australia’s Strongest Man U105kg champion. He is competing this weekend at Victorias Strongest and making his U120kg Debut whilst also preparing for OSG 2026 🙌🏼

Adam is a former professional rugby player from Hong Kong, he found a love for strongman and has since proven why he has been a professional athlete in the past! He recently relocated to Geelong after living in Western Australia.

A well-rounded athlete with a huge competitive drive, Adam is known for his dedication to training, athleticism and constant pursuit of improvement🔥

While he might have the best RBF going around, he is the kindest, most patient, supportive, calming person in my life 🥰 Handling anyone at a competition is stressful and not being able to have my own coach there, Adam stepped in without question having only ever run the gate and spotted me in the gym 😅

I honestly wouldn’t have wanted anyone else in my corner, for this chapter and every chapter to come 🥰❤️

Thank you for always showing up for me the way you do 🙏🏼🥹✨

Well… fate has a funny way of bringing things full circle.

In 2027, Australia’s Strongest Man & Woman is heading to Melbourne for the @ausfitnessexpo — with ALL classes competing across two massive days.

And for the rusted-on Strongman crew who’ve been around long enough… you might be getting a few Arnold’s 2019 vibes right about now.

It’s been a while, but the Aus Fitness Expo is getting the Strongman comp it deserves — and we’re pretty excited to be the ones bringing it.

2027 gives us a massive opportunity to put Australian Strongman right in front of thousands of people from across the strength and fitness industry — and you can bet we’re going to make the most of it.

Our partnership with @stand_or_submit rolls on into 2027, and now we’re teaming up with the Aus Fitness Expo to put on something pretty special.

Of course, we’ll have our crew there with us too.

5 Years Sober ✨

Living a life I could only ever have dreamed of 🥰

When I got clean, I was desperate, depressed, financially struggling and completely lost. I had no idea what my life was going to look like, but I knew I couldn’t keep living the way I was.

Getting sober wasn’t just about giving something up. It was about giving myself a chance at a life I actually wanted to live.

By no means was it easy.

I’ve had two failed long-term relationships. I’ve outgrown people and places that, at the time, broke my heart. I’ve lost and found myself again more times than I can count, all in search of the life I knew I deserved.

One where I wasn’t the victim in the story 🤍

Every day, one day at a time, I stitched my heart and mind back together. Each time with more purpose, more passion and more peace than I ever had before 🕊️

Five years later, I have a life I barely recognise.

I fell back in love with my career. I own a beautiful home with the love of my life. I have a better connection with my family. And all the work I’ve put into myself, no one can take away from me 🥹🥰

But MOST importantly, I actually like the woman living this life 🫶🏼 And I’m so FKN proud of the fighter in her❤️🥹

Five years ago, I just wanted to survive.

Today, I’m living ✨

And I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

5 years of choosing a different life.
5 years of freedom.
5 years of actually living. ✨

Here’s to everything that came after I thought I had lost it all ❤️

Missed it by “that” much…

This was set one of three with the 105kg keg haha

Bandaged myself up and got on with it. It could have been a lot worse so thankful it’s just superficial damage.

I still consider this training session to be a success. Yes, it kicked my ass. But I learnt a lot through the experience and it’ll set me up for a killer run on comp day.
