Wow!

ASANTE to my Makungu family ❤️ for giving me a home, a lot of lessons (how to cook on fire, how to shower without a shower, how to wash clothes without a washing machine🤭)… I leave this place with a heart full of memories ✨🧡

Happy 5 Years of Students for Amani 💌💚🎉

Five years ago, we started with a simple idea: making education accessible for everyine. Today, we look back on the challenges we faced, the milestones we reached, and the unforgettable memories 💫

We are incredibly proud of everything we’ve built together—the impact we’ve made, the students we’ve supported, and the amazing people who have been part of these last years. To everyone who has been part of this adventure—donors, volunteers, partners, and team members—thank you!! 💚💚

Fotos: @klasneidhardt .

On Tuesday, the 6th of April, I had my first ever cooking workshop in collaboration with @studentsforamani & @curatedculturemagazine ! I can't even begin to explain how happy this day made me! To be able to share my passion for food and my culture with those who choose to join me that day was everything!!!

The first few steps to reaching my dream.... I am forever grateful for all those who made it possible, who pushed me to come out of my comfort zone, my immune system for not letting me succumb to Corona the day before this event, and more...
WOW!

THANK YOU @studentsforamani

It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with them and I’m so happy that we get to help them reach their goal of €2009 to send 7 Kenyan orphans to quality education!

If you haven’t heard yet, here’s a quick summary. Students for Amani was created to serve as a link between donors and projects that need donations. They’re very transparant with where the money will go to and that’s why we trust them so much. I think they deserve more attention and recognition for the hard work they have been doing and are STILL doing, so give them some love 😄

Our donation will go to the Makungu project, but there are other projects that need you. Please follow @studentsforamani so you can stay up to date with how you can help 🌍❤️
