One week since my first class, and I’m still feeling so full.

Grateful for every person who showed up, trusted us, and flowed alongside @alignedwithadri and me. Thank you for the energy, openness, and presence you brought that made the space feel so supportive and special.

So much gratitude for my partner @alignedwithadri for teaching with so much heart, care, and ease, and for being such a grounding, encouraging presence every step of the way. And endless thanks to my teachers for their guidance and my fellow tts for their support, and belief in me as I continue to grow in this role, I truly have my village.

This moment feels like the beginning of something I’ve been quietly working toward, and I’m stepping forward with so much gratitude and excitement for what’s to come.

Officially a yoga teacher 🤍✨

These past 4 months have been incredible. The best 200 hours of my life learning, laughing, crying, practicing, and teaching. Each class was its own special dive into the world of yoga, and it all added up to a journey I will never forget.

200 hours done but I am just getting started.

This training taught me so much, but more than anything it sparked something in me to keep learning, growing, and sharing this practice with all of you. My heart is so full. YTT15, I love you all endlessly. Each of you are so special in your own way and I am forever grateful we got to do this together.

To our incredible teachers, thank you for pouring your knowledge, devotion, and heart into us. You guided us to be not only confident teachers, but to show up and be our best selves on and off the mat.

Thank you to everyone who supported me through these past 4 months. My heart is overflowing 🤍🧘‍♀️✨
