STUDIO20 Pt.1 – Dense Movement 🖤
Consisting of five glass sheets, ‚Dense Movement’ explores themes of the human condition. Life sometimes gives us darkness. It can be dense and hard, but it is ever flowing and in constant motion.

Throw back to FOMO dinner early last year. Community dinner for 65 people at STUDIO20 featuring my work 'Blue Line'.

The blue line signifies a cut and shift in my life. The line shows a before and after -a clear decision for an end and a new beginning. But where does this line begin and end? There is almost never a simple cut, things are moving and shifting within this. The line shows how perspective is key within these changes. Zoomed in things are hard to distinguish blurring into one, take a step back and it’s easier to see the divide.

With time and a few steps back things will become clearer.

@gianluca_traina ‘Untitled’, 14 X 19 X 21cm, pigment, plastic
‘PORTRAIT 360° - WATCH ME’(x2) , 40 X 40 X 40 cm (each), PVC, paper
‘Melt me softly’, 50 x 50 x 60 cm, pigment, plastic

Text:
In this second edition of #tmr, the project is enriched by an additional work: a small moon. This surprising and meaningful appendix symbolically completes the piece, offering a further layer of reflection on the relationship between the Earth and its surroundings. An invitation to observe and understand.
His work “PORTRAIT 360” combines photography and weaving to explore human identity. Traina has distinguished himself through his innovative use of artificial intelligence in fashion and visual arts, merging traditional and digital design techniques. Continually experimenting with techniques like 3D printing and generative art, he explores the interaction between humans, art, and technology.
Also on display is “Melt me Softly”: a work that tells the story of the Earth’s slow decline, a planet that is gradually deteriorating, melting away. This representation objectifies the world as a soft solid, capable of deforming, adapting, and colliding with the forces around it.

@miriyummyumm ‘Bounce’, 70 X 40 cm clear glass tubes filled with noble gas

Text:
The artist’s journey with neon art began during an internship at Neonardo four years ago. Their work is characterized by a deep appreciation for the craft, evident in the intricate shaping of glass tubes and the interplay of vibrant colors. Each illuminated piece tells a story, blending nostalgia with contemporary design. Through experimentation with colors, mastery of gas dynamics, and innovative design approaches, their creations push the boundaries of neon art, capturing both attention and emotion.

@studiolilo_ ‘Silver’ 30 X 33 X 25 cm, moss, acrylic paint, resin, aluminum base
‘Blau’ 30 X 20 X 40 cm, preserved achillea, acrylic paint, aluminum base
‘Grun’ 30 X 30 X 50 cm, moss, acrylic gel finishing, aluminum base

Text:
Studio Lilo embraces a conceptual and multidisciplinary vision of styling and design, focusing on the creation of immersive atmospheres.Using trees, flowers, moss, and greenery, she transforms spaces into sculptural, dreamlike environments. Floral compositions emerge in urban settings, even on concrete surfaces, creating striking contrasts between nature and man-made structures. These installations evoke a longing for tranquility and a renewed connection to harmonious, natural rhythms. The works currently on display were created as “miniature” versions of the pieces showcased last year during the first edition of #tmr, held at Studio 20. Artworks: 1) Silver, 30 X 33 X 25 cm, moss, acrylic paint, resin, aluminum base; 2) Blau, 30 X 20 X 40 cm, preserved achillea, acrylic paint, aluminum base; 3) Grun, 30 X 30 X 50 cm, moss, acrylic gel finishing, aluminum base
