A space defined by presence and gesture.

@lightyearsasiandiner in Perth takes a vast, historic volume and makes it feel rooted, warm and unforced. A central bar draws the room together, and carefully placed light and texture shape every corner without shouting.

Terracotta tones and tactile surfaces give scale a human dimension, inviting pause and conversation. Here architecture and cuisine meet without artifice.

Hospitality felt, not styled.

A little reflection on year one of Vary Projects ⚡️

This past year has been full of growth, challenges, opportunities, new relationships and some incredible projects along the way.

We’ve built hospitality venues, offices, gyms, residential spaces and everything in between, but more than anything, we’ve built strong relationships with great people.

Jared Webb of J.AR Office has been shortlisted in the Australian Interior Design Awards 2026 for Marlowe and Golden Avenue in Brisbane, alongside Alexander & Co with LiTO and Haven at Mondrian Gold Coast, and Studio Plenty with Bar Monte in Newstead.
