We are excited to now offer the Rebalance Facial Release as a 20 minute targeted add-on to your sessions. It is designed to interrupt stubborn tension patterns and clear stagnation, supporting a return to a rest state.

We often treat the face as an aesthetic priority, but it’s actually a vital part of our nervous system’s feedback loop. Chronic neuromuscular tension patterns in the jaw or brow send a constant ‘on’ signal to the brain.

By physically addressing these tissues and the superficial fascia, we can effectively down-regulate the system, moving from a state of contraction to one of ease.

Upgrade your next treatment with the Rebalance Facial Release found under “Add Ons”.

Histrionic personality disorder (HPD) is a spectrum of behaviors and can show up in different ways for different people.

For me, it says : "I want to wear whatever the fuck I want at work".

It doesn't make me less capable, but it does affect how people see me in the workplace.

How does yours show up?

Thank you so much to @studio_laurahein for giving me the space to creatively express myself exactly as I am & @lokaal432 for holding space for all minds at this beautiful community center.
