Avani Mooloolaba

Mooloolaba is having a moment. Between the Pavilion’s rooftop archways above the Esplanade and now the opening of Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, the Sunshine Coast’s most familiar beach town is quietly becoming one of the more interesting places to watch in Australian hospitality. Not because it’s chasing trends; more like it’s finally getting the design attention it probably deserved all along.

Project Green House | Complete in All Her Glory 🌿🏡

From a tired old Queenslander cottage to this beautiful, graceful transformation, Project Green House is officially complete.

What started as a couple of pages of plans has become a fully finished home and we couldn’t be prouder of the result.

Massive thanks to all our suppliers, subcontractors and the Frameology team for the hard work, precision and care that went into every detail. This one came together seamlessly.

And to our incredible clients B&B, thank you for trusting the process and playing such a big role in helping us deliver this project on time, in just 12 months.

She’s a beauty. 😍

Tom Talks Green House | Nearing the Finish Line 🌿🔨

Tom takes us through the Green House as we inch closer to completion and handover.

This one’s been a standout - a seriously fun project with some unique finishes that break the mould of the usual spec. It’s that little bit different, and that’s what makes it exciting for everyone involved.

Can’t wait to hand this one over and let the final product do the talking.

With fixout, tiling, painting, decking, balustrade, and render all happening at pace, we’re into the pointy end now—aiming to wrap this one up in the next 6 weeks.

Finishing touches and landscaping are coming in hot, and it’s all starting to come together. Big effort from the crew to bring this one home strong!
