9 years of teaching group fitness this month! Some things that I’ve learnt:

✨ Teaching is a constant learning process, some days it’s going to feel like you’re back on mic for the first time

✨ Taking other peoples classes is one of the best ways to stay inspired and develop as a teacher

✨ You will meet some of your best pals

✨ Fitness classes NEVER get easier, you get stronger and it keeps building from there, both emotionally and physically

Cheers to almost a decade, 20,000 clients, 2 countries, 56 roof leaks, 304 run throughs of The Bones, and more amazing people than I can count!

The biggest reason I hear from people cancelling their subscription. I’m just not good at working out at home. ME EITHER!! Over 30, start having knee pain but want to maintain the body. Try @studiobyeg
They offer many different types of classes
But the one I went to is called
#SOARBounce

Looks easy but actually takes a lot more core muscles than you thought would be.

My calves feel burning after 10 mins, but the instructor keeps motivating you, that's the good side of group exercise.

Grippy socks are required but if you don't have them. Instructors can lend you one. Or just go barefoot.

If you search on google map, it said the business closed down, actually, they're doing pop-up everywhere in the city. I think that makes the most sense for a small local business.
