I want to share something personal with you, the passion project I have spent the last year developing. Gildstone Fields isn’t a project I picked because it penciled well on a spreadsheet. It’s a project I couldn’t stop thinking about — because of the families I serve every single day here in Medford. For years, I’ve sat at kitchen tables with people who are doing everything right… and still struggling to make housing work. Adult kids moving back home. Grandparents needing care. Single parents trying to stay close to support. Families stretched between rising costs and the lack of homes that fit their true lifestyle needs. And at the same time, I kept watching new construction go in the same direction: smaller lots, tighter homes, bland and repetitive design, and neighborhoods that don’t actually help people live better together. So I decided to build something different. Gildstone Fields is my answer to what I believe the future of housing in our community has to become — multigenerational, connected, healthier, and more resilient. Not because it’s trendy. Because it’s necessary. We designed this neighborhood around real life: ✔ families who want to live together — without sacrificing independence or dignity ✔ homes that allow multiple generations to support one another ✔ usable outdoor space instead of leftover backyards ✔ a layout that encourages connection, movement, and community ✔ design choices that intentionally address wildfire and smoke realities in Southern Oregon ✔ efficiency to combat the ever rising cost of power Gildstone Fields is a purpose-built, multigenerational subdivision — designed from the ground up to serve families through every season of life. As a mom. As a business owner. As someone deeply invested in the future of this region. This project is personal to me. We are now opening our Phase 1 funding pool and I am inviting values-aligned investors from across the country to partner with me in bringing this vision to life. If you believe housing can — and should — strengthen families and communities, I would love to connect with you.

Love seeing this great window install detail by @studioearchitecture executed by Jeff Hunter construction on this project using our Alu9 windows. Note the structural back dam covered in continuous zip tape that allows for fastening the bottom edge of the window from the interior. Nicely done!

One of the most common questions we get from neighbors passing by, “what’s on top of the house?” Romeo features a stunning rooftop deck that offers 360 views. The way you get up there? Through one of the build’s eye-catching features—the “doghouse.” We envision many memorable gatherings and summer nights spent on this rooftop! #earthadvantage #rooftop #rooftopdeck #forsale #southernoregonrealestate #buildforthefuture #talentoregon

The Romeo Project not only boasts an extremely airtight build, it also maintains a streamline modern look that will be adorned with elegant interior finishes and a roof-top patio. The first blower door test showed an airtight building at 0.30 ACH 50, achieved due to Zip System installed, every joint being taped and sealed, and outfitting the project with high-performance doors and windows. The roof-top patio is engineered for a 6 person hot tub and 4 garden beds. Fall asleep under the stars in total privacy 💫 The attached 785 sq ft ADU also has the beautiful tilt/turn high-performance windows and doors, its own garage, full kitchen, and laundry. This build is currently for sale.
