AMPLIFIER MARBELLA RETREAT 2026 ☀️🌴💘

A week filled with

📝 personal development

🥘 good food

🍷 plenty of wine

🏋🏻‍♀️ beach workouts

🌅 sunrise yoga and swims

🎂 baking cakes

🫶 and lots of gorgeous memories with good people

I’ve come away feeling refreshed, renewed and AMPED UP for what’s to come 🤪

So so grateful that I get to be part of a community like this 💘

still very much not over it 🥹 (and yes we were those fitness wankers on the beach doing burpees in the sand at 8am)

quite possibly the highlight of my year

having the right people in your corner >>>

(one thing I had not realised until the last month was how much of my real self I’d been hiding out of fear that my relationship couldn’t handle it… WELL FUCK THAT!)

did I feel hella superior after doing sunrise yoga and meditation on the beach? yes, yes I did

@celicoaching 🫶🏽

didn’t quite come home with the tan I’d hoped for (but that just means there’s a very good reason to book another flight 👀)

exhibit B of being a fitness wanker 😜

(I am ofc joking… I had this 3 days in a row for lunch and really enjoyed it. would I have preferred to have had a fat baguette sandwich? maybe… but having this gave me more wiggle room for the meals that mattered more to me AND made sure I had a decent amount of protein each day)

@contentwithmaria__ ✨

I know it’s not a volcano but I’m still going to pretend it is one 🌋

we all know I won’t miss an opportunity for bikini pics on the beach

just because I’m on holiday doesn’t mean every meal needs to change - breakfast is usually the meal you’re most in control of so why not have something that’s going to nourish your body so you have more flexibility later on?

I’m surprised no one pushed me in tbh

it makes the WORLD of difference to be surrounded by people who don’t question you when you set big goals but instead say “go bigger” 🌍

@prioritisefitnesspt 🌺

oh I do love to be beside the seaside 🌊

GANG ❤️‍🔥

*sorry @fightingfirefit 😬

idk how I feel about cinnamon on eggs… 🤨

safe to say that I’m feeling more myself and a hell of a lot happier…

they were right when they said time really does heal, but what they forgot to mention is that the right people around you make the biggest difference ❤️‍🩹

how the fuck do I even put into words what the last 4 days meant to me

I will never take for granted opportunities to be around people who support, challenge, push, and guide me to be an even better version of myself than I could envisage

getting to witness everyone’s selflessness in offering advice and vulnerability sharing their struggles was nothing short of inspiring

it’s one thing to be around people who have incredible accomplishments but it’s a whole level up when those people are so willing to use their experience to help guide others

I am feeling fired up and ready to make the next 12 months the best year of my life

my top takeaways from the last 4 days:

1. set goals that scare the shit out of you because they’ll force you to do more and become more than if you set a realistic goal

2. no one is coming to save you, only you can do this for yourself

3. self-development means nothing without implementation and action in the real world

4. you can learn something from absolutely EVERYONE

5. taking less responsibility means less risk but also less reward. taking more responsibility means more risk but also more reward

6. only you can make your life feel how you want it to feel

7. the people in your environment are fucking important - remember that you are in control of this

8. you have the power to change how you feel at any given moment

9. celebrating your wins is hard, but how else do you expect yourself to achieve bigger and better things if you can’t credit yourself and build belief in yourself from the shit you’ve already achieved?

10. YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING DELUSIONAL AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!

biggest thank you to the main man in my corner @lewispottsofficial and to the legendary @contentwithmaria__ for being the most incredible and supportive hype woman 🙏🏽 DREAM TEAM!

let’s see what I can make happen in these next 12 months 👏🏽

Amplifier Retreat 2026… completed it mate ✔️

This week’s roundup is a little more different.

I went away to @lewispottsofficial first retreat abroad in Marbella and it really was just what I needed.

So a couple of big nightlights.

1. Spending some good quality time around other coaches.
2. 210kg deadlift.
3. Great food and company.
4. Beautiful dressed up date with the absolutely worldie on slide 2 @rosaflahfit

4 days of intense reflection, deep work looking inwards. Looking at what are the things getting in the way of business.

No judgement, no ego and probably the most vulnerable I’ve been about my business to other coaches in the industry!

It really was an incredible 4 days of learning and connection with so many other amazing coaches who I learnt so much from!

Just an amazingly run event, great coaches, amazing company, what more could you want to move forward in life.

Special shoutout to @rosaflahfit who keeps me sane and really does challenge me on a daily basis to be a better business owner. Words can’t describe how lucky I am to have you 🫶🏻

And what the online coaching industry has shown me is that there are coaches EVERYWHERE and you never know who you’re gonna bump into.

Shout out to @lorenzorusso1 for a brilliant catch up and a proper good heart to heart chat!

All I can say is trust the decisions you make, it’ll all work out in the end!!

Amplifier Marbella Retreat 2026 🇪🇸

Wow wow wow

Until 2 weeks ago, I didn't know what the amplifier was, nor anyone in it and yet today I can safely say I've found some friends for life 🫂

Spending a few days surrounded by coaches who actually get me and want to see everyone win has been incredibly transformative and I've never felt more inspired and motivated by a group of people.

I've also never in my life seen more signs from the universe that I was exactly where I was meant to be and I am so so grateful for the opportunities I was given on this trip.

I've come away with big dreams, bigger goals and full confidence in myself that I will be spending my 27th year building the life I've always wanted.

@lewispottsofficial thank you for making this happen 🫶
