Soo excited to share my first event next month! Mat class followed by a guided Holy Fire Reiki session from the lovely resident Spooky Bitch @emmy.the.spiritual.scientist

I met Emmy a year ago and was incredibly sceptical about Reiki and anything ‘woo woo’ and that session totally changed my view point. Really excited to share Emmy’s knowledge with the @studiolakas community.

It’s your chance to take some time to slow down, recharge and think about what the winter months might hold for you.

Join us for a nourishing session combining Mat Pilates and Holy Fire Reiki. We’ll start with a grounding Pilates flow designed to strengthen, stretch and move the body, before settling into a deeply relaxing Reiki experience.

Holy Fire Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that aims to promote relaxation, balance and a sense of wellbeing. It’s a calming, restorative practice where you simply relax and allow yourself some uninterrupted time to switch off and reset.

Link to book is in my bio or dm for more info x

Month 3 of my ‘gap year’ before I turn 30 is done! Highlights include
-Growing confidence with mat classes
-Almost finishing my new flat (that I’ve been in almost six months but I got overwhelmed trying to measure curtains so hit a wall with progress there oops)
-Finally feeling well rested after burn out at the start of this year
-Working in some incredible studios. New additions this month are @formestudiofw (finally reformer in my home town!!) and @studiohazegla antenatal class
-Having a work life balance which teeters towards life for the first time in 3 years. Still getting ups and downs energy wise while finding my new normal and trying to remind myself I’m taking a career break for a reason and to not be go go go sales persona all the time 🤪

(Going to try and do a roundup every month but posting on instagram actual gives me the fear sorry lol)
