Because being in a room thats 104° has become my therapy. It’s much than a workout. The peaceful mind is what I’m chasing. Stronger body is a bonus. Forever grateful for the one and only @shansos for the introduction ❤️❤️

Any other moms have a place that feels like this ❤️

Such a special morning @studiolit_huntingdonvalley 🩵🧸💉

60 minutes of strength, sweat, and good energy with the CHOP Emergency Department for an employee wellness fundraiser focused on fighting burnout and encouraging health + wellness.

Big thank you to @mackenzieraehahn for organizing this with us and for all the work you do to support the ED team. So much fun getting to take care of the people who take care of everyone else! @chop_kop_ed

Sunday Soul Session ✨ Watching a room full of the people I love forget everything and remember what joy feels like? — Pretty freaking awesome. This truly is why I teach, why I come back and why I’m addicted to you guys. This is why music matters. To be so alive and to do it together- Big time blessing for me 🤍 So thank you 🙏🏽 #litup #rebounding #infrared #jumpsportfitness #lymphatic

Summer recap (I’m learning how to do multiple captions)

Taught and took lots of yoga!

Nights under the vines

Holy pizza delivery

Swimming and summer reading

Took a selfie

Did even more yoga (and opened a new studio!)

(Planning for the aforementioned new studio over a dirty mart)

Jump of July (also taught some trampoline classes and made y’all jump to One Direction)

Dare I say… under the vines yet again

Megaladon (Dan)

Got to teach to 50ppl at @lululemon Newtown on International Day of Yoga!

Moved into my dream apartment with the best view ever

Got sunburnt (SHOCKER)

Pulled a Kenzie

Lifted some weights w my twinnys

Said dream apartment

The joy of my life!

Apéro?

They’re called rainbow sprinkles but chocolate jimmies.

MEET AVA + KIERA💜

The managers behind Studio LIT, and two of the instructors you’ll see bringing the heat❤️‍🔥

From keeping things running behind the scenes to stepping into the studio to teach, Ava and Kiera do a little bit of everything around here.

✨ Kiera brings the chill, teaching primarily LIT FLOW
✨ Ava brings the heat, teaching LIT BURN, LIT LIFT + LIT BAR

Different teaching styles, same love for movement, community, and making Studio LIT feel like home.

You’ll find them at the desk, in the hot room, and probably running around somewhere in between. Come say hi🫶🏼
