Two and a half years ago, Madonna's music found me in unspeakable darkness, and reminded me of the immense power of light. The moment I started to express myself (not repress myself), my life began all over again: a life of authenticity, trust, and self-reliance. Seeing the world premiere of the Confessions II film at Tribeca last night with my best friends and Madonna herself in the audience was a true full-circle moment for me. I could not be more grateful for all the love I have in my life, for everything I've experienced (good and bad), for everything I've learned... and somehow?
