Vibes were high at A&R’s wedding at the Avalon in St. Paul. Working with couples (especially fellow artists!) who want to create something incredible and unique for their celebration is the best part of this work. Also this wedding wins for the most memorable mother of the groom entrance, ever. 💃 Photography: Studio Rickner @studiorickner Venue: Avalon @avalonsaintpaul Catering and Bar: Green Mill Catering @greenmillcaters Videographer: Gravier Street Films @gravierstreetfilms Management: Keyed Up Events @keyedupevents DJ: Northern Sound Entertainment Dessert: X2 Pastries x2pastries Draping: Rojas Ceiling Draping @rojasceilingdraping Hair: Moxie Salon @moxiehairsalon Makeup: Lindsay Dukes Artistry @lindsaydukesartistry Alana Outfit: Beauty by Design @beautybydesignmn

Feeling incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with these two. You can just feel their love for each other and for the world around them as soon as you meet them. That incredible joy and thoroughly happy feeling is what we aimed to mirror for their days!! Saratoga Springs City Hall and Library: It’s bittersweet when a project ends. It’s great because you get to see the team’s hard work finally realized and see the community using the space (the library was soooo busy while we were there) but it also means that you don’t get to visit with the people and places you have been hyper engaged with for years. This was a quick project with a great @design.msrltd team and the client was a delight @cityofsaratogasprings . In my opinion, it turned out great….we wanted to highlight views (there is a framed view from nearly every space) and the exterior is inspired by the snow capped mountains with a gradient of textured brick from bottom to top, the elevator and stair wayfinding is based on the very typical hike through the tall reeds to get to Utah lake and the children’s play area has the great Utah Lake creature as a focal point. @coreygaffer and @studiorickner (photographers in action) are always a delight to work with. Thank you for making the long days fun!
