POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

An evening of connection, community, and a meaningful cause.

The NJM team attended the 2026 Woven Together Benefit in NYC, joining members of the design community in support of @commonthreadforthecure and its mission to provide financial assistance to individuals in the furnishings and interior design industry affected by breast cancer.

As a Gold Sponsor, NJM was honored to support this important cause and be part of an evening that brought our industry together to make a difference.

מקומות שאדריכלים חייבים לראות בניו יורק! 🗽
והפעם נכנסים לסיור בתוך המטה החדש של JP Morgan, שתוכנן על ידי Foster + Partners.
STUDIOS Architecture.
אז שמרו את הסרטון הזה ושלחו לחברים שמבקרים בניו-יורק

🚧Construction has continued at the Martin Luther King Jr. ES in #Ward8! Last year we celebrated the Halloween “ground boo-reaking” of the upcoming $62.5M modernization. This year, our Capital Construction Team shared progress on the brick infill and masonry repair, steel decking installation, structural steel erection, & more!

👷‍♂️We could not deliver this project without the work of our Capital Construction Services Team, DGS Project Managers, Derek Waldron, Jugal Dalal, our design-build team, MCN Build + STUDIOS Architecture, and all involved!

Stay tuned for more updates as we transform the current building and prepare it to open for the SY27-28 school year! #DGSBuilds

Project Worldwide Headquarters, New York

Keep the ceiling dark. Put the light in the millwork.
Thin warm lines under the shelf, inside the glass cabinets, and one suspended over the counter. The black stone catches the reflections, the wood slats stay in shadow, and daylight does the rest.

Coffee at ten, drinks at six. Same light.

111 Wall St Lobby
One blue panel. Everything else holds back.

Warm light grazes the fluted wood. A soft wash across the pale panels. A ceiling with almost nothing in it. Then, above the elevator, a single blue surface fades as it falls.

You know where to go before you read a sign.

As the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art opens its doors, we're proud to celebrate a project years in the making and STUDIOS' role in bringing its extraordinary vision to life. Our work focused on select interior environments and furniture concepts, including spaces for museum staff, education programs, the library, the entry lobby, and the galleries. Throughout the process, we explored how furniture, architecture, and experience could feel cohesive, helping create spaces that are welcoming, inclusive, and connected to the museum's larger vision.

Seeing elements of those early ideas come to life is especially meaningful on a project of this scale, shaped by so many talented teams and collaborators who worked together to launch the Lucas Museum. Special thanks to Susanna Sirefman and her firm Dovetail Design Strategists, for developing and leading the invited interior architect selection process for our role on this groundbreaking project.

Congratulations to the Lucas Museum team and everyone who helped bring this extraordinary new cultural destination to life.

🏆 Award-Winning Project Spotlight | EPA Conference Center

We’re proud to highlight the EPA Conference Center, officially named the William D. Ruckelshaus Conference Center, which earned two prestigious awards:

🏆 2021 ABC Excellence in Construction Award
🏆 2021 CMAA National Capital Chapter Project of the Year

Located within the William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building, just below the Mellon Event Center, the project transformed an existing cafeteria into a state-of-the-art Auditorium and Conference Center.

Within 25,000 SF, #TeamPatner delivered a main Auditorium, eight Conference Rooms, a Security Entrance, an AV/IT room, and new restrooms, along with structural modifications, high-end architectural finishes, HVAC replacement, integrated lighting and AV systems, upgraded security, telecom, and technology infrastructure.

This project required extensive coordination and attention to detail to deliver a sophisticated, highly integrated space within a historic federal building.

Thank you to Studios Architecture for your collaboration in bringing this award-winning project to life!
