We didn’t start with log stores and the pet beds, but they are just as important to your layout as the big stuff for it all to actually *work*. Mugs, mops, a pair of trainers - we’ve got you. ❤️ Thank you for the reminder @studiosturt 🙌

Renovations are made of a thousand tiny decisions. We asked five interior designers to make some of the fun ones fast - no overthinking allowed.

This, or that? Around our kitchen table, with the people who know the trade-offs better than anyone. 😅

July recap 🤗
Highlight - Goodwood Festival of Speed. My brother, dad and sister in law rode their bikes. It was really special. Absolutely one for the Book of Special Days.

Lowlight - Saying goodbye to Grandad‘s house. I always wanted to buy it but it just doesn’t fit into my life and I’m not actually sure it would make me happy.

What better place to make a bold design statement than the downstairs loo? We had the opportunity to help create something memorable in this small space, and the result doesn’t disappoint.

We started with a striking wallpaper that steals the show as it flows across the walls and ceiling, and the frameless mirror reflects the pattern so smoothly that it almost disappears into the background. This clever detail helps balance the room’s unusual angles and sloped ceiling.

To bring in a modern touch, we added slim reeded panelling that complements the sleek, contemporary fixtures our clients loved. The hexagonal floor tiles feature subtle veining that echoes the branches in the wallpaper, tying the whole look together. A few playful finishing touches complete the design, making this little room full of personality and charm.

A very special mention to @studiosturt for the stunning style and vision.
