Just Breathe Workshop is this Thursday!
@sellwoodyoga 4.13.23, 6-8p. Link in bio

We breathe every moment of our entire lives, so perhaps it’s not an exaggeration to say that improving our breathing has the potential to improve every moment of our lives.

Working with the breath is a simple yet effective embodiment focus that drops us deep into the present moment. It’s not only a meditation tool, it’s a path towards less stress, a healthier heart, more energy, better digestion, and sounder sleep.

Hey, loves. Bowing in gratitude to all of you who have joined us for class livestream or on demand throughout his dark autumn. Hell, I'm grateful for each of you doing whatever it is you need today to give your self care...sleeping, crying, singing, jumping, sitting quietly, screaming. All of it. Just a note: We've heard your feedback. You need more on demand classes and you need easier access to them. We're working on it! And, hope to have a little magic to release to you the first week of January. Stay tuned!

I was introduced to @thepeoplesyogapdx when @autumnseasonss dragged me to a class over a year ago. Before that my only experience with yoga was one class I took way back in high school. It was radically different than any other form of exercise I had ever done.⠀
⠀
And I loved it. ⠀
⠀
I'm constantly on the move, doing one thing and then another and then another and then another and rarely find the time to slow down, control my breath and ground myself. ⠀
⠀
Yoga lets me do that. And that's important.⠀
⠀
So needless to say, I was stoked to shoot some images for the instructors at The People's Yoga. ⠀
