Our Shinnoki White Oak Kitchen and Vanity has made its way into @cahomeanddesign this morning! ☕️ ☀️

This was our first project working with Jeremy at @studioconnate and it was an ultra-smooth experience!

Decisions made quickly, questions answered promptly and of course, the design of the space ✨

Great architectural design by @subtrakt.studio and we had a good time developing this scope alongside @chandersonconstruction looking forward to the next one 🙌🏼

Nice words by @astoneinks ✍🏼 and fantastic photos by @langoworks 📸

An extraordinary transformation is underway in The Hunt Club | San Juan Capistrano.

Set on a sprawling one-acre property and designed for a family with eight children, this luxury estate renovation is bringing timeless English Revival architecture to life.

We’re beginning with extensive excavation and the removal of the home’s existing front exterior, making way for a completely reimagined residence featuring rich brick detailing, classic English-inspired architecture, and a stunning 16-foot kitchen island designed to be the heart of this family’s home.

From major structural transformations to the smallest architectural details, every element is being thoughtfully considered to create a home that balances old-world character with modern family living.

Take a look at the renderings and follow along as we bring this vision to life.

Every home starts with a vision, but bringing that vision to life begins with understanding the space.

We’re taking you inside our La Costa project in San Clemente for an early look at what we have planned.

Starting at the entry and moving into the kitchen, I’m walking through some of the spaces we’re considering and how each decision will help create a more cohesive, intentional home.

At this stage, it’s about looking beyond what’s currently there and thinking through the architecture, proportions, flow, and details that will ultimately shape how the home looks and feels.

Looking forward to sharing more of this process as it unfolds.

Welcome to Project Hunt Club in San Juan Capistrano. 🏡🔨

Hang on, fam—this one’s about to be a wild ride.

We’re kicking things off with 28 caissons and ripping the entire front off the home. And that’s just the beginning.

Follow along as we bring this one to life. Making dreams come true.

This is the stuff that makes a house feel custom.

Good materials, solid craftsmanship, and details that don’t need to try too hard.

Which detail would you put in your home?
