The last month on film 🎞️ Lots of time biking with friends and a trip to the coast with the doggies. It’s been sweet. 🌊🐾🚲

‼️ Our lake lessons for the season are live!‼️

We’ve changed things up this summer-combining lessons and tours into one🎉No more standing in a circle… You’ll learn while paddling, exploring, and actually experiencing the lakes.

This summer @sueshih 🍣 will be leading our weekly lessons. With over a decade guiding for BVS and experience on nearly every body of water in the park, there’s no one better to learn from. We’re the only crew offering guided SUP lessons within Banff National Park, which makes these sessions pretty special and unique!

Sue’s a busy backcountry chef + mountain explorer, so sessions are limited. If you’re thinking of getting out this summer, don’t wait to book your spot.

An added bonus- prices remain the same as last year🔥

🤷‍♂️Due to the ongoing confusion up at the Canmore reservoir with some 🐠’y signage we’ve decide to sadly stop all groups in Canmore.
All lessons will run in Banff National Park at Johnson Lake and Two Jack Lake.

Hope to see you on the water 🤙

As we head into April here’s s a look back at all the great skiing we’ve had this Winter at @skilouise. It’s been an incredible season with friends and family and we still have over a month left of good times with good people left.

This was one of my favourite days on the bike last season. Get yourself friends that will don a bald cap, some aviators and sing Pitbull songs the whole lap.

I honestly didn't expect to eat this well in the backcountry. 🤯
@purcellmountainlodge isn't just about the powder; the dining experience was unreal.

Massive thanks to the talented @dicot.design and @sueshih for the gourmet fuel. My legs were tired, but my stomach was very happy.

What a year. Yes this post is a bit late but the people who really know me would expect nothing less😂

2025 was full of SO many highs, some serious lows, and some of the best times I have ever had in my life. From heli snowboarding, spending time with friends in Revy, trips to Florida and Vegas, shows in Vancouver and of course Shambhala, a CRAZY food truck season, and so many fun times in between, I couldn't really ask for much more.

I want to give a huge thanks to everyone that made it such a great year. I couldn't ask for more amazing people in my life, im grateful everyday for the life I get to live.

I keep thinking of more ski tips since I've been skiing obsessively for years AND I'm at a ski resort every single day. 😂

These are supposed to be silly and fun, hope that comes across the right way haha. Which one resonates with you the most?
