Day 1 of the 2026 FoilKingston Regatta 🌊 @kingstonyachtclub

Day 1 proved challenging not only for the competitors, but for the @wecanfoil race organizers as well. The wind, weather, and wave conditions had more twists, turns, and surprises in a single hour than your favourite roller coaster.

Despite the ever-changing conditions, racers and organizers made the most of the day—getting familiar with the @x15class wingfoil equipment and successfully completing the opening race. 💪

The morning began with a review of the abbreviated starting sequence and race course layout, led by @canadianfoilingcentre @sufraser11, and Race Officer @irenebikker.

Following a few unscheduled and short lived warm-up sessions, competitors hit the water while the race committee kept a close eye on the action—from the comfort of semi-dry land! 😄

Here’s hoping Day 2 delivers on the forecast 🤞🌬️for the wings and @waszpcan

Phenomenal second day for the Foil4All Women’s High Performance Camp!

Beginning with the Tides game - the stadium was at capacity and pulsing with energy. The game ended in a tie that felt like a win. Great effort and grit by the Tides!!

For our athletes, meeting and connecting with the Tides players the day before, and then watching them play was so meaningful. The deeper you get in elite sport, the more you realize we have so much in common, regardless of whether we play on grass, snow or the ocean. Building supportive communities and connections across disciplines is important and impactful. Huge thank you to the @hfxtidesfc for investing in this collaboration.

We headed over to the SailGP tech site for an interactive tech tour. Our athletes got their hands on some of the sim equipment and had a taste of the grinder. It was the perfect way to close out our camp - up close and personal in the environment our athletes aspire to be.

Thank you to Foil4All , @sailgpcan , @wecanfoil @mmaboatschool for partnering in this amazing program and helping make it all happen

Last week I took home my second Americas title. It is great to see how dedicated the development of this group has been in the lead up to worlds. Thank you to America One Racing for helping me this year and the many people (sue, we can foil, Aug, and many more) who made the event happen.
