On Tuesday Mayor @jenijamesarndt proclaimed June as bike month here in Fort Collins. My daughter Lucy was there to accept the proclamation and make a speech of her own. Earlier this year she spoke in front of City Council advocating for a bike park at Hughes stadium. 13 years old and already a force to be reckoned with.

Spent some time giving Maebh and Superfly 2.0 some love and repacking my @provelobikes backpack with some home brew. #findyourjoy

Saturday was a casual 36 miles on the @trekbicyclefrontrange #superfly. She’s lighter than Maebh at 33lbs 😂 but I refuse to shift out of the the big chain ring if it’s not towers or southridge because I like to suffer I guess. #weightweenie fueled by @thefeedme

What a day at the @firecracker50breck ! 🇺🇸 Awesome race with about 30 teammates racing in solos or duos. Awesome vibe and a ton of fun! Our team came home with three 2nd 🥈 place finishes — Jessica in Pro Women solo, @matt.diehl.79 and Steve in 101 Duo (ages add up to 101 or above), and @kiranatchamp77 with @alyssabwhite from @bearnationalteam in Women Duo. Congratulations everyone!! 👏👏

Tip to make Michaud extra flowy: 40 psi in each tire cause your buddy says it’s gonna be a road ride. Also, it’s not MTBing if you aren’t bleeding. Or you are just a better rider than me.
