binge eating & body dysmorphia used to take over my life. I don’t allow that anymore. That does not mean that I do not struggle anymore. It only means that I’ve learned how to manage both through years of self work and therapy.

Just know you’re not alone. Also, know that it can get better if you put in the work. You don’t have to live your life in a constant struggle with yourself there are actions you can take to relieve yourself of this toxic internal cycle. It all starts with you🫶

Social media has made the world we live in difficult for women to embrace their natural beauty. It has given more room for us to compare ourselves to highly-edited and carefully-assembled faces and bodies. Which does not do our mental health much help.
