At the end of this month, I will be offering Reiki trainings for both Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II. This is perfect for you if you have been looking to add more energy healing in your offerings, increase the strength/reach of Reiki, or simply to offer yourself the gift of healing 💙

Reiki has been the most profound healing practice in my life and I am delighted to offer it to others and share it more widely.

a little movement, a little stillness, and a chance to reset your nervous system 🤍

tuesdays | 5:00–5:45pm
🔥 heated vinyasa + sound bath
a heated flow to build strength, create heat, and connect movement with breath. we’ll finish with a grounding sound bath to shift out of the busyness of the day and invite the nervous system into a slower, more restful state.

wednesdays | 7:15–8:15pm
🌙 vinyasa + yin + sound bath
we’ll begin with an intentional vinyasa flow before transitioning into longer held yin postures, giving the body time to soften and release. we’ll close with a soothing sound bath to encourage stillness, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

two different practices, with the same intention: leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at ease. ✨

come practice with me 🤍

Fall Schedule 🍂✨

Here's to all things fall— crisp mornings, cozy layers, and getting back into a rhythm with our favorite people.

A new season of movement, music, community + a whole lot of fun 🤎

Here’s where you can find Emily around the neighborhood this fall. Save it, share it with your workout buddy, and come move!

A little practice, a little patience, and a whole lot of grace 🤍

One thing I’m learning through my Pilates journey is that progress doesn’t always look like nailing the movement on the first try. Sometimes it looks like slowing down, trying again, paying attention to your body, and giving yourself permission to be a beginner.

Still learning. Still practicing. Still showing up. 🫶🏽

And honestly… that’s the beauty of it. ✨

Thank you so much @summer_st_wellness for letting me use your studio as my playground🫶🏼
