Class in Session 🩵

One of our favourite things to capture in the studio isn’t just the movement—it’s the moments of connection, guidance and support.

If you’re new to Pilates, still learning the reformer, or sometimes wondering “Am I even doing this right?”—we want you to know that you’re never expected to figure it all out on your own.

Our instructors are right there with you. They’re watching your form, helping with alignment, offering modifications and making those little adjustments that can completely change how a movement feels in your body.

And that’s such a big part of the community we’re building at Club Pilates North York. You can walk through our doors exactly where you are, knowing there’s someone here to guide you, encourage you and help you grow stronger and more confident with every class.

Toktam guiding our member through a plank to a pike!

Using the Arc for a side bend! Breathtaking view of our member focusing on her form!

Summer getting in there to show how to use the platform extender for guided movement! Slow and steady!

Shadi watching the class was they do bi-cep curls on the Arc!
