What a HOT one yesterday! 🔥

My first time hosting an outdoor mat pilates event… and over 150 people signed up! Honestly, it wasn’t perfect — the heat was real, and I learned a lot. But I’m beyond grateful for every single one of you who came, moved, and empowered yourself!

Huge thank you to my colleagues @k.like.kimia who work with me under the extreme heat, and everyone who showed up for our outdoor mat Pilates session ✨
