Two days. A bustling studio. So much practice, connection, gratitude and heart. Our Kundalini Yoga Mini Fest to celebrate 20 years of Kundalini Yoga at Kundalini House was everything we hoped it might be — and more. Across the weekend we moved through kriya, mantra, meditation, movement, music, chanting, stories, teachings, wise words from our teachers, long meditations, the power of the gong, deep rest and shared practice. At some point, it felt as though the whole weekend became a kriya in itself. There was nourishing food, music, laughter and conversation. We shared the story of how Kundalini House began with Pip and Billie, and honoured the people, friendships, family and community who have helped shape this place over twenty years. By the end, there was that unmistakable feeling that comes from practising deeply together. Hearts open. Minds clear. Bodies in flow. Nervous systems softened. An energetic shift. There was a renewed recognition of the power of Kundalini Yoga — what can happen when we come together, practise with sincerity, and allow ourselves to be changed by the experience. We feel illuminated by it. And very, very grateful. ✨ #KundaliniHouse #KundaliniYoga #KundaliniYogaMelbourne #20YearsOfKundaliniHouse #YogaCommunity Mantra Meditation Kriya Community Gratitude
