What a race to end the season! Whole team cooked.

Glad this training block is over and happy to get back to some of the training I love but had to cut out -> conditioning, conditioning, conditioning!

Next race BMO 2027? 🤔
( with some side quests along the way )

From hating running to finishing my first half in 1:59!

There’s something special about thousands of ppl choosing to do something hard together.

The race day energy, strangers cheering you on and friends pushing alongside you was something i never experienced before.

We hit the sub 2 goal but we left with a lot more than a medal.

Would I do it again?… Ask me next week my knees r still chopped 😂

Finished our first Half marathon together ! It was a fun experience and we are extremely proud of ourselves!
What i learned was to not drink too much water before the race or line up earlier to go pee😅

10/10 finish🔥

WFPS HALF MARATHON 🏃‍♀️🖤

Half marathon, 10K, or 5K… we’re SO proud of all our runners and everyone who showed up and put in the work! 🔥👏 Every finish line crossed is something to be proud of! Sorry to those we missed on video, y’all were too quick! 😂

Huge thank you to all the @wfpsrun organizers and volunteers who made race day possible, and to everyone who helped make our 5th year @nxtlvl.performance X @sundaygrind__ Water Station a success! 🙌

Proud of this community, proud of our runners, and already looking forward to next year! 🖤

WFPS!!! My last race of the season!! What a day! Huge shoutout to everyone who planned, set up, and volunteered to make it all happen. Nothing beats a hometown race, catching up with friends, and seeing everyone out there crushing their goals.

After all the races I’ve done this year, this one was special. Winnipeg, you showed up! Can’t wait for the next one. Congratulations to everyone who ran and thank you @wfpsrun @cityparkrunnersywg ❤️

A little bit of everything is what makes AEO Fitness, AEO Fitness.

This weekend included volunteering with @wfpsrun, running the glam station with @sundaygrind__, creating with @idavidfit and collabing with @lanostudio.wpg !! Also coaching women’s strength, building CLUB AEO, and getting my own workouts in…

This weekend was a pretty good reflection of what i’m building.

A business that goes beyond the gym. One that creates community, one that supports all, and one that reminds us to keep showing up for ourselves, too.
