This past November 15-16th, Mock Trial @ UC San Diego held their annual Wlodarczyk Invitational Tournament! Named after the program’s late coach, Corey Wlodarczyk. We had nearly 30 amazing teams come out and compete that weekend and put on a great competition!

A huge congratulations to our first place winners this year, the anteaters of @anteatermocktrial who picked up a clean 1-2 finish with both of their teams to complement their first place finish from last year’s Wlodarczyk as well! Thank you Anteaters! 🥇🐜 🍽️

We also saw amazing performances from our very own teams with team Megaminds placing 5th that weekend, and Team Power Puff Girls with an honorably mentioned 6th place! Congratulations to our teams!🔱🎉

We also want to congratulate our very own @dhikshita2 , @_samuel.ma_ , and @santiago_von_larson for ALL picking up awards this weekends in such a competitive pool! Amazing work by all of them!🏆

Overall, thank you to all the teams that came down to San Diego that weekend and for making the time to come compete! We appreciate the flexibility from all teams and want to thank all of the members of Triton Mock Trial that made the weekend possible from running our bake sale to running TAB! A huge shoutout to the Coach Dana from @sundevilmocktrial who helped out in TAB as well! We couldn’t have done it without all of you who came out to support, compete, and help out! And of course thank you to @californiawesternschooloflaw and @7sage for sponsoring this year’s tournament!

See you all next year and Congrats to everyone who came down to Wlodarczyk 2025!💙🔱

The Gauntlet 2025 is complete! We had an amazing field of 16 competitors from across the country. Each competitor won at least one round throughout the weekend so competition was tight, but in the end, @imlilbuffalo from @uchicagomocktrial took home the title. Enjoy some highlights from the weekend!
